Attention Monmouth Telecom
Residential and Business Dialup Customers
Starting December 1, 2001 , 7 digit dialing will no longer work as you will need to use the *new* 10 digit dialing scheme. To place a call, the area code + phone number will have to be dialed. Please note that this is a change required by Verizon, not Monmouth Telecom. Monmouth Telecom suggests you contact Verizon for more information on why this change is required.
MonmouthTelecom is NOT responsible for any phone charges resulting from using a non-local number or charges that are caused by changing or editing the  access number you dial. Please check with your Local Telephone Access Provider to verify that your exchange is local to one of our access numbers.
