Find Me / Follow Me

Never miss a call because you stepped away from your desk with the Find Me / Follow Me feature!

With the Find Me / Follow Me feature enabled, the phone system will try to find you at any number of locations. In the most typical use, when someone tries to reach you, first the phone at your desk will ring, giving you an opportunity to answer the call at your desk. If your phone is not answered within a configurable number of seconds, the call is then forwarded to your mobile phone. You then have an opportunity to answer the call on your mobile phone. If you do not answer your mobile phone, the call will then be sent to your office voicemail box. With our voicemail to email feature when the voicemail message is left on your office voicemail box, you will receive an email with the attached message.

This Find Me / Follow Me feature is flexible in the following ways:

  • Number of Destinations - Unlimited!
  • Number of Rings at Each Destination
  • Simultaneous Ringing - If for instance you want your office phone and your mobile phone to ring at the same time, to reduce the amount of potential waiting of the caller.
  • Caller ID - On your mobile phone you can receive the original caller's caller id or your office main number.
  • Call Screening - When you don't want to miss an important call, but you also don't want to take a call that isn't important.
