Telecom Provisioner
Telecom Provisioner must be able to work independently, and as well as part of a team, in a fast paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills are a must. Successful candidate must have Project Management skills and basic knowledge of telecommunications. Candidate needs to be well organized and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and perform the essential functions in both manual and automated provisioning process in order to turn up customer’s T1 circuits, Voice service, Number Portability, Internet & MPLS data, UNE-P lines, Toll Free and Directory Listing.
  • Other provisioning responsibilities include ordering internal infrastructure such as DS3’s, E911 trunks, local in and local out trunks.
  • Responsible for interacting with customers, pbx vendors, outside sales agents and internal employees.
  • Use a number of internal and external provisioning systems: Access Ordering (CSG), LSI, NPAC, SMS800, Qwest Remote Control.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
  • Utilize Internet, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.

Customer Service Associate
Monmouth Telecom is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Customer Service Associate. Monmouth Telecom, headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey, is a dynamic and fast-growing CLEC. We offer a complete package of voice and data solutions for small, medium and large business customers throughout New Jersey.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are mandatory and are the company's main priority. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and understand what customer urgency is.

Experience requirement:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Telephone company experience is highly desirable

Voice and Data Customer Support duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills – Ability to be articulate and diplomatic
  • Maintain customer relationship by responding to and clarifying inquiries – Set priorities
  • Document inquiry/response actions in customers’ accounts
  • Analyze customer needs – Process information quickly

Accounts Payable Department Associate

Monmouth Telecom is a Telephone Company and Internet Service Provider, serving Northern and Central New Jersey. We are located in Red Bank, New Jersey.

We are looking for a responsible individual with a good track record of employment and/or education for a position in our fast-paced Accounts Payable Department. The ideal candidate must have the following abilities:

  • Accuracy – this is paramount.
  • Flexibility.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of database functions.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Ability to work efficiently with accounting software.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books is a plus.
  • Telecommunications product knowledge is a plus.

The candidate will be expected to understand distributors’ contracts, effectively handle issue resolutions, ensure timely and appropriate responses to requests & questions, handle corporate account reconciliation & correspondence, and meet established goals and objectives.

You must have the ability to learn and interact with multiple computer systems. You will work independently and need to possess strong follow-up and communication skills with effective time management skills.
