Monmouth Telecom is looking for an aggressive and motivated individual to fill the full-time position within a dynamic and fast-growing Telecommunications company. Responsibilities include front line engagement with both existing & prospecting clients to enhance business growth, processing orders, and supporting clients’ needs. When necessary, be able to carry out any required research to resolve contract and customer service inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity that will provide an invaluable level of experience as well as growth opportunities within the company.
Contract & Customer Relations Associates are often tasked with handling and distributing a number of different documents both internally and to our clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Scanning, and Email are essential.
A Monmouth Telecom Associate must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast paced ever-changing environment. Being comfortable and proficient with computers and new technology is required. Strong oral & written communication, customer service, and computer skills are a must. Candidate needs to be well organized and pay attention to detail. Candidate must have strong skills in time management, multitasking, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, interpersonal skills, initiative, problem solving abilities, and dependability. Experience in social media, online marketing, and analytics is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
