If you have the telephone number up on the screen, why should you have to dial it into your phone?  With CRM Integration you can dial the contact right from inside the CRM Application.  When you click, this will cause your phone to ring.  When you answer it, the Hosted PBX System will automatically initiate the call to the contact you clicked on, alleviating the need for you to type any numbers (or make any mistakes). Our Firefox Add-On makes clicking to dial telephone numbers anywhere on the web simple.

Automatic Note Logging

Logging each customer contact results in a more accurate overview of your customer interactions.

In many circumstances you will want to log to your CRM every time you have a conversation with a client. Even if you were just following up with a prospective client who has yet to make a decision, you will want to log that information in the CRM for management to review. Many businesses operate on the presupposition, if you didn't document it, it didn't happen. With Automatic Note Logging enabled, when you hang up from a call with a client, all of the available information regarding the call will automatically be logged as a note in the CRM. This information includes:

  • Date and Time of the call
  • Duration of the call
  • Employee and extension from your organization participating in the call
  • Client contact information
