Custom E911 Alert Feature now available!

In servicing such a diverse range of clients, Monmouth Telecom is constantly developing new features in house with our team of engineers to meet the changing needs of today's businesses. A recent development that we custom tailored for several of our clients is a feature for 911 alerts. Our clients came to us with a desire for notifications to be sent out when someone on their network dialed 911. With our technological reach we are able to provide notifications in the way of email, prerecorded audio messages, and most recently SMS text messages to a designated group of people. These alerts can be as general or detailed as the client requires to provide another layer of situational awareness in emergency and disaster planning. This is just one more tool in the Monmouth Telecom feature suite that can help your business operate more effectively with less stress.
