With Teams integration, users can continue using the same Mobile Application, Soft Phone Web Client, and Desk Phone they have now while also maintaining the same high quality standard for voice services.

SMS Text Messaging Now Available via Mobile App!

Monmouth Telecom is proud to announce that we now offer SMS texting capabilites. Users can now use the mobile application to communicate with their client base via text messaging. Users get the safety of sending out text messages that show their work phone number (DID) so clients do not get their personal phone numbers. All conversations remain separate from the user's standard text messaging app so that personal and work text conversations do not overlap.
